The rules for using this site and buying our services, in plain English. Last updated 25 September 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use themangomedia.in or buy services from Mango Media ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Your proposal or order form may add specific details, such as volumes, cities and prices; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
2. Our services
- Qualified-lead subscriptions: a monthly delivery of verified enquiries matching the industry, cities and criteria agreed with you.
- WhatsApp campaigns: promotional messages sent to opted-in audiences using approved templates, under WhatsApp's business and commerce policies.
- Email campaigns: outbound email for B2B clients in India and worldwide, following applicable anti-spam laws.
We work hard to deliver leads that convert, but we can't guarantee sales, because what happens after delivery depends on your offer, price and follow-up.
3. Lead quality and replacements
Every lead is verified before delivery. If a lead fails our verification standard (unreachable number, fake requirement, duplicate), report it within the window in your plan and we'll replace it in your next delivery. See our refund and cancellation policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use leads only to contact people about the requirement they expressed, and follow applicable laws, including TRAI's rules on commercial communication and the DPDP Act.
- Don't resell or share leads with third parties.
- Give us accurate information about your business, cities and offer.
- Own or have permission to use any content you ask us to send in campaigns.
5. Prices and payment
Your exact price is in your proposal. Plans are billed monthly in advance, through Razorpay or bank transfer. There are no hidden fees.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any time, with no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Details and refund rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.
7. Intellectual property
Our website, brand, systems and reports belong to us. Leads delivered to you are yours to use under these terms. Content you provide for campaigns remains yours.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New Delhi, India.
